Find more posts like this: Gustav is barreling his way toward the Louisiana Gulf Coast. Mandatory evacuations for the city of New Orleans started about 30 minutes ago. Some good news is Gustav has weakened some. Will he continue to weaken? That is anyone's guess at this point. Levees Likely to Top Again12
