-Ahmard Hall let the ball goes right through his hands on the first play of the quarter.  He probably wouldn't have gotten much even if he caught it.

-There was absolutely nothing there on the 3rd down play.  That is what happens when you don't have a receiver that can make a play.

1st Quarter

- The first play was obviously terrible.  Harper and Griffin both went for the pick instead of the receiver.  Hopefully that will be the last time that happens this season.

-LenDale has run the ball hard all preseason.  The combination of running backs is going to be fun to watch this season.

I started, but then deleted, several posts about Brett Favre's retirement. Brian Leaf sent along a post by Jacqui Banaszynski about Brett from a journalist's blog called Poynter Online. Although she takes a journalist/editor slant, the lessons she takes from Favre's career aptly apply to anyone in a position of leadership, including entrepreneurs.
