This morning on the way out of my neighborhood I spotted a tiny box turtle in the road. I stopped the car, got out, picked up the lil’ guy and put him safety on the other side of the road in the direction he was facing. I wish someone would do that for me sometimes.

I am a working mom. I have a full-time, real grown-up job, in an office, in a big city, in a building downtown where I get to park on the roof.
We made the decision that I would continue to work full-time, outside the home, while we had babies. Yes, I have mixed feelings about it.
