I watched 2/3rds of the Oscars Sunday night. I’d only seen one of the Best Picture nominees, and I knew Tilda Swinton would be on there so I had thought I wouldn’t watch.

I’d wanted to see “Batman Begins” since it was in the theatres several years ago, and never got around to it. Recently, I told my father I wanted to borrow his DVD so that I could at least see the movie before the sequel, “The Dark Knight,” later this year. Dad called me yesterday afternoon after noticing the movie on FX’s Sunday night schedule, and I watch

I’ve seen the trailers for The Bucket List and I have no desire to see the movie. Love Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, two of the very best actors.

It seems to me they did this one for the money. There were probably others, but this one just seems so contrived.

I’m not going to review a movie I haven’t seen. So let’s just take the concept of “the bucket list.”
