I have to immediately apologize to my readers…I’m sorry for being negative,

but this has just been one of those weeks.

This morning I arrived at work very early for my Thursday Men’s Small Group and found this in the middle of the street right in front of the office:

Each meeting begins with a presentation, in Spanish, followed by small group conversation, in Spanish.

In our small group, we're reading (somewhat slowly) through the gospel of Luke. We're getting some good discussion and thinking going on, which I always enjoy.

I use the "tough love" approach pretty frequently in my daily routine and there is no doubt that there are many in our community who share Councilman Buscetto's viewpoint. Interestingly enough, a good portion of them are homeless themselves.
