I was in Borders today reading the latest Relevant Magazine when I stumbled onto the ad for ‘Jesus For President’ as soon as I saw that Shane Claiborne was one of the authors I ran upstairs to get it. I bought it and was sitting down reading it within 5 minutes.

I heard this on NPR yesterday and it is one of the more amazing things I've ever heard. It's a discussion by a man who started the lunch counter sit-in in Greensboro 47 years ago.
At one point, the speaker remembers sitting down and making the stand that would provide a huge spark for the civil rights movement. He states:
