When we started this blog last summer, we tried to get an illegal dump site removed. The owner of the property, Cecil Bransteter, won’t do anything about it because “he didn’t put the trash there,” which is true. He is a respected lawyer in the community. Although Metro erected No Dumping signs in two languages, littering continues on the site. Of course, the original trash is still there, and people continue dumping on the property.
