I didn't want to be counted, I definitely didn't want to be tracked (by HMIS or any other "tracking" software), and I didn't really want anyone to even know....

By the way, if Tucson's count shows 1100, it's probably closer to 5,000, given what I know about the way counts are typically taken....

Tennessee Republicans are now talking about the state’s economic issues, but this time they are taking the trail blazed by the income tax Governor Don Sundquist. Sundquist’s idea of a sunny day for Tennessee was to empty the state’s reserve funds to pay for budget shortfalls, damage the state bond rating, and finally push for an ill-fated income tax.
