Budget Hearing is underway. I have several questions to ask. I imagine others do, too. We're going department by department. Air Quality Mgmt. just finished. The Register of Deeds Office is broadcasting an homeowners' alert against the private company National Deed Service, which sends out mass mailings advertising a $59.50 service to obtain the same deed that consumers can obtain directly from Metro for $1.00 per copied page.
