I've gotten some questions about the shipping charges being stated on Ebay. Well , it's like this - a flat rate is just that simple. It means - one price regardless. The post office has several boxes you can use for shipping. If your item fits into that box , the shipping is one flat fee , regardless.
What does that mean ? It means , if it fits into that box , you pay one fee regardless of weight or zip code. Keep in mind , I'm only talking about U.S. zip codes.
