Find more posts like this: I'm sure there are easier ways to make doughnuts (as my sister said, "Yeah -- buy some!"), but after reading this, I felt inspired. I don't own The French Laundry cookbook, as I'm sure it's over my head, but I found a slightly dumbed-down version of the recipe on Epicurious from a 2000 issue of Gourmet. Basically, there are 2 doughs, an overnight Psych Out!11
