At least on Metro parent is concerned that the school rezoning proposal which would see a phasing out of the busing of children across Nashville for the purposes of diversity worries that her child’s presence in a decidedly less diverse, black school may be a danger to her child:

They bristled at the suggestion that they don't like the homeless, when they really do like them, a lot.
