It’s been a while since I’ve written some Hai-Goo.  What is Hai-Goo?  Well, it’s the mash-up of Haiku and actual Google search terms that have led folks right here to Shlog.com of course.  Enjoy.

Did you hear Alexander?  The diplomat on the political battlefield, Alexander actually tells the Dems they are attacking the energy/gas problem with all the “urgency” of naming a post office.  Their solution he says, is to talk, talk, talk.

I over-prepared for my first turn teaching at the children’s home.  I was twenty-one and terrified.  I outlined my message, plotted it out on index cards, color coded them even.  I rehearsed one last time pacing around the grounds as 250 kids trickled into the small white chapel in their Sunday best.

Bill Richardson is set to announce he'll drop out of the campaign for President, according to a friend of mine in El Paso who is working closely with Gov. Richardson.

Richardson brought a significant amount of foreign affairs experience to the table, and made the bold suggestion that America stop dealing with Pakistan's dictator Musharraf after Bhutto was murdered.

Richardson was a very popular Governor of New Mexico, and by extension, in El Paso, which is 70 percent Hispanic.
