In restoring the voting rights to convicted felons after they've successfully completed their sentence, society tells them they've been re-accepted into the community. This is critically important for felons who truly do want to make the changes in their lives they believe will lead them to a "normal" existence.

I wanted to let you know some recent news regarding the blog.

As you know, I had shut down the blog … for several reasons, mainly time, health, etc.

A few weeks ago I was contacted by someone who wanted to try and continue the blog with some oversight and input.

I asked them - repeatedly - if they had the time to put into it and they were "absolutely sure."
