amazing things

This is how I feel starting out this Monday morning. 

I can’t tell you how good it is to be back home. God did some amazing things through our team and I couldn’t be more proud of each one them. I will be buried the next couple of days in e-mails, phone calls and make-up meetings but it was totally worth it.

I’ve been watching the growing tale of Aunt B. and Kathy T. looking for houses in Nashville. It’s a wonderful story of two people, who met in the blogosphere, who found that their friendship could be used to help the lovely Aunt B. find a home. She has the bank’s A-OK, and so her buddy, who is a real estate agent, was on the case.

Hat tip to Coma for telling me about Toonlet. This blog is about to get a lot more fun, due to the abundance of characters I’ve known in my life and the amazing things they’ve said.

Today is a very special day.  Today is mom’s day.  Be sure to spend time with her!  I knew I wasn’t going to be able to put flowers on my mothers grave today, so I went a few weeks ago and bought her some beautiful flowers and placed along her tombstone.

So, this year I will be attending my first ever South By Southwest Music Festival where I'll be liking bad music, thinking about myself and talking about shoes.
