One of the criticism that Barack Obama has gotten is that he is too energetic and motivational; that he lacks substance. The funny thing is that at the beginning of his campaign, he was criticized as being too professorial. Well, you can't have it both ways. Obviously, he's decided to go for the energetic and motivational path because it is working so well.
