In July of 2004, Estelle Richardson, an inmate at the CCA Metro Detention Facility was found unresponsive after 4 CCA guards had forcibly removed her from a solitary confinement cell. A few hours later Estelle died. She had a fractured skull, 4 broken ribs and a damaged liver.

Whoever has been saving the flip "tabs" from their soda cans...it is now time for us to get together so we can bring them all to Ronald McDonald House in Nashville.

The Collection of the "tabs" we be on Saturday July 19Th at the First Tennessee Bank,2360 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN 37217. The Hours for drop off will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Paul House Is One Step Closer to Freedom

A bail reduction hearing for Paul House was held today in Union County in order for the court to reconsider the amount of bail required for House's release. At the June 6th hearing, bail was set at $500,000, an exorbitant amount for a man in a wheelchair who is not a threat to the public nor a flight risk.
