Find more posts like this: It was a long time ago, way back at the start of this century, when a politician running for office said ”I would work with our friends in OPEC to convince them to open up the spigot, to increase the supply” to bring down gas prices. That was Texas Governor George W. Bush, and at that time he wasn’t even the confirmed Republican candidate. Open Spigots17
