It is inevitable that Biden will soon say something controversial that draws the whole of the media’s attention.  What a great way to create a diversion for a candidate at the top of the ticket who says a whole lot of, well…nothing.

Thursday, Bill Dunn, I think, tried a masterful move of political strategery. He tried to put SJR127 on a needed motion to adjourn bill, as an amendment. That move only requires a majority of members approval for adoption. Not two thirds of the vote of members as has been tried unsuccessfully in the past.
