I was at the UT football game Saturday when by chance I ran into Dr. James McIntyre, the new superintendent of schools for Knox county, during half time. We met before briefly after a TV show that I was the guest on and he was the guest for the following show.

This time we both had more time to talk.

And, of all places, it’s happening in Washington, D.C. What? Have we gone to a dictatorship or crowned a king? No, it’s not in government, it’s an arena where there’s even more politics and infighting, education.
