I often get asked about our leadership structure at Cross Point. This is an important part of Cross Point because we attempt to structure the church in a way that maximizes ministry and minimizes bureaucracy, and yet, still provides accountability on all levels.

Now that Miss A is fully potty trained I’m embracing the diaper free days/Pull Up nights and I generally let her do her bathroom business on her own.

You have an employee in your administration who has been identified by federal agencies to have violated rules and funding protocol, an employee with conflicts of interest that are so numerous as to confuse the average person. She can be one of two things: incompetent or corrupt.
