Members of the Metro Nashville school board could use a little remedial civics, to judge by their approach to evaluating public schools director Pedro Garcia. As this morning’s City Paper explains, although each board member individually completes a written evaluation of Garcia, the public will get to see only a version that has individual board member names redacted.
