The Tennessee Titans took another step in suring up their offensive line today by signing right tackle David Stewart to a six-year contract extension.  Stewart's deal is worth $38.9 million with $10 million in guaranteed money. 

Here is my prediction for what the Titans depth chart will look like when the Titans take the field at LP Field on September 7th to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.  Give me your thoughts in the comments:

Chris Brown agreed to a 2 year deal with the Houston Texans yesterday.  The deal is for $3.6 million and an $800,000 signing bonus.  The Titans had no interest in signing Brown so the only surprise here is that he found another team so quickly.

The offensive line is one of the highlights of this Titans' roster.  They have two solid tackles in Michael Roos and David Stewart that are still under contract for next season.  Tackles are the most important part of an offensive line and where the bulk of the offensive line money should be spent.  The Titans enter the offseason with over $40 million in cap space.  They should use some of that money to lock both of these guys up long term.
