Arizona applies some common sense to corrections and rehab, including ending perhaps the most ridiculous and resource-wasteful approach of all by dumping the moronic zero tolerance fascism that sent people back to the pen for the tiniest of missteps.

A student has been threatened with a 3-day suspension from school for bringing to campus, and using, a pen with the corporate logo of the Glock company.
The father reported the superintendent described the vice-principal's decision as "bad judgment." He then went to meet with the vice-principal involved.
