Dang, a lot of you guys watched the Academy Awards last night. Glad you’re blogging about it today. I caught about five minutes of the show, and it looks like there was a lot to miss. Some highlights:

On the fashion (or lack thereof):
”Oh, I’m going to the Oscars….I just don’t have time to fix my hair.” - Sista Smiff

Even though I actually saw all five nominated films for Best Picture for the first time that I can remember, I didn’t watch last night’s show in Hollywood. That’s one big thing that sucks about my job: no staying up on Sunday nights for late night awards shows.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Academy’s choices. No doubt No Country For Old Men should have won as well as Javier Bardem.
