OK, so the meme from the Hillary campaign and some Democrats seems to be that the only fair thing to do now is to seat the Florida delegates (perhaps this is a debate we should've had months ago, but I guess they seem intent on having it after the votes have been cast...whatever). Here is my problem with the issue of fairness, it works both ways. Floridians Vote18

To hear the the proponents of Amendment One tell it, you'd think Floridians are the most tax oppressed peoples in the Western Hemisphere; forgetting the fact that they rank about 38th in terms of tax burden (though its not too surprising, as Tennesseans at 48, still bitch about their State taxes). |
