the IRS keeps a list of authorized people and companies / corporations who are exempt from paying taxes

America now has a 2nd independent CIA department. Why do we need 2 ?

When people just do not understand what Biden meant about paying taxes and patriotism, perhaps they should shut their yaps, or keep their fingers still, and ask what it meant, before running off with misnomers, and totally missing the point.
