The onset of the 2008 election cycle promted me to jot down my personal experiences and advice in running a local campaign. These lessons will be short and easy to read and understand. Without further ado...

A while back I decided to put my phone number on my website. It is in the right sidebar. I actually think it is kinda slick because it is using the vcard MicroFormat so that some browsers allow readers to save my contact info directly into the address book on their computer.

We're getting a LOT more calls, about four times as many as in the past, asking whether a development is a condo (development) or townhouse (development) and/or what its common or private elements may be.
