I voted this morning. Not really excited about it. In fact, I felt a bit depressed as I walked into the Tennessee School for the Blind and not just because I thought about how sad it is that the students there can’t appreciate the pretty snowflake clings that the teachers had affixed to the classroom windows.

Mitt Romney says that the solution to our country's massive health-care problems is for everybody to buy coverage. He implies that it would be "the American way" for hospitals to turn away those "freeloaders" who don't.
The Metro Council, with the support of significant downtown business groups, has made it a crime to panhandle.

When I meet with prospective students and tell them about all of the cool features of our program, they inevitably ask me one question: "OK, but are you going to teach me how to write a business plan?"

I think we’ve made it abundantly clear how we feel about USC here at Making It Rain.
But especially after they were knocked off of their ivory [bleep] pedestal in the largest point spread upset in the history of Division 1 football by the Mighty Mensans of Leland Stanford Junior University, I thought perhaps a graphic reminder was in order:
