The City Paper has a lengthy article detailing Jim Cooper's support for Obama the man, but not so much Obama the vehicle for a center-left policy agenda. Which got me to thinking, what if Obama taps Jim Cooper to join his cabinet if he's elected? Would Rep. Cooper rather spin his heels as the Ron Paul of the Democratic party?

John Lamb over at Hispanic Nashville has rounded up some thoughts of Nashville are Hispanics on the Presidential race. One I found interesting was Tim Chavez, former Tennessean Columnist, who wrote:

Left Wing Cracker, who was (and still sort of is) a John Edwards supporter, already voted for the former Senator from North Carolina, but is urging his friends, family, and readers to vote Obama this Tuesday:

Sean Braisted is proud that Barack Obama was one of the Senators to march for immigrant rights on May Day in 2006 and that gives him a warm fuzzy:

Sen. Ted Kennedy was on the most listened to radio show in the country (one you've most likely never heard before) El Pioín, discussing his support for Barack Obama.

According to one blogger who listened in, Kennedy said, "Only two senators marched for immigrant rights on May 1, 2006, one in Washington and the other in Chicago. I marched in Washington and Bar
