I was walking to work this morning, and had almost reached my destination, when it happened.

A bird shat on me.

Birds are merry, and therefore I harbor no ill-will towards them. I make a point of not running over them when they are in the path of my car. I thought I was simpatico with the birds.

Then this one effing bird shat on me.

We are sleeping in the middle of the city of Santiago, in a cement dormitory with 10 foot high, 3 level bunk beds and open air. Our power is battery generated and toilets do not like toilet paper. No hot water, but who needs that anyway?

Moonrise over the Blue Hole.

The dogs and I took a hike up to get the security cameras. Things seem to be working. We got a few pictures of bats, birds, and a skunk, but no ORV's tearing things up. Thanks to the ORV clubs for helping out and understanding the situation. I hope that some of the folks will walk in to the Blue Hole on Whites Creek and watch the sun go down, as it sets directly up

Because it says, “Sex Ed 101″ on my front door.

These birds have pooped on every car in the garage. They built their nest on the security light.

I call them Paul, Ringo and Smitty.
