You run across all sorts of goodies surfing YouTube. I have an anecdote that goes with this post, but first the music. i swear this dish started out as a vegetarian dinner.  and it was.  twice.  until it just couldn’t be anymore. 

Same question, different night.

Y’all, the honey balsamic glazed chicken rocked last night. It was even better as leftovers for lunch today since the it had time overnight to soak in all of those yummy ingredients. (So glad I took time to pick up the thyme!) Scott even liked it, so it’s definitely a keeper recipe.

I’m trying a new chicken recipe tonight that I found at Recipezaar. I have everything at home except the dried thyme which will require a trip to the grocery store. Again. We were just there last night….sometimes I think we’d be better off to just pitch a tent on the sidewalk and camp out because we’re such frequent customers!
