We're at our first stop on the trip. We made really good time. We pulled out around noon. We've stopped in Tifton, GA for the night. We rolled into town about 6:15 our time. We did make a couple stops on the way. It's nearly the half way point between home and Miami. We nearly didn't outrun the rain, when we left.

Days like this are hard for me. I love a good spat of nasty weather as much as the next guy, but dark and dreary mornings just aren’t a lot of fun when you have a lot of work to do.

Must find energy.

Last night, some western Tennessee and some Arkansas polling places had to be closed early, as I had mentioned, due to the severe weather conditions. After a day in the 70’s a cold front moved in causing some really nasty weather, killing, so far, 45 people, 24 of those death

Update: That nasty weather is moving into downtown Nashville. (voting won’t be effected). And another tornado warning in Memphis. Take cover, folks.
