Disembarking was VERY quick in Miami. We were off the ship, before 8:30 a.m. We did the self assist with our luggage, so we could go right straight to customs. We were back at the Fairfield by 9:30 a.m. Not bad. We got our car and made our way to Ft. Lauderdale. I have to say that Ft. Lauderdale is absolutely beautiful.

We’ve got small group tonight at our house, and the grill master must make a return to the charcoal.  I am doing 12 pork chop fillets with my twist on Weber’s sweet and sassy BBQ sauce.  Luckily I’ll have about an hour and a half to complete all this, which should be plenty of time.  I haven’t cooked this much food since sometime around last Christmas when M & D
