The concept of "flow state" or being in the zone is fascinating to me. I love it when I get those moments of joy when I am running and everything comes together. My mind is lucid, my legs feel as though they don't belong to me, I feel as if I am floating.

I’m sorry if you’ve had problems attempting to comment on this blog during the past few days. For some reason (translation: operator error), the setting got changed so that someone had to be “registered” on the site to make a comment. As I probably have “registering” turned off, that made commenting problematic.

.. I would think that things such as this would never happen.

You see, Obama is the candidate for change. Change means better education, better healthcare, and better pizza. Change also means that every young man, regardless of skill-level, should get a chance to play football at the college of his choice.
