If you ever had any doubt about how Christians view women, let a Christian scholar clarify it for you.
If you're a Christian, you know that the Bible states:

Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord ...For the husband is the head of the wife ... so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. -- Ephesians 5:22-24

April is child abuse awareness month, and of all the world’s problems today, none is more important. Malachi 4-6 says “He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, or else I will come and strike the land with a curse.”

I have a lot to learn about this teen parenting thing.

My first lesson is that it suddenly got really hard to figure out what is going on in her world.

I began monitoring her computer use, with her knowledge to make sure there were no hugely inappropriate things going on in her world.

The Tennessee legislature is actively working to reduce the grade point average, GPA, needed for lottery scholarship students to keep their free money.  Currently, the required GPA is 3.0.  That’s a middle B.  To get a 3.0, someone needs to show initiative and desire.  A little hard work and study, and that GPA is attainable.

PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, it has come to pass that the heavens are shut up and a drought of Biblical proportions has been visited upon the Southern United States, and

WHEREAS, the parched and dry conditions have weighed heavily upon the State of Georgia and sorely afflicted those who inhabit the Great City of Atlanta, and

William throws his lot with those fighting a proposed George Bush Presidential Library at Southern Methodist University:

Who the hell would want to attend a college that hosted a half billion dollar “G.W. Bush Library and Museum?” What a curse it would be for all who call Southern Methodist University their alma mater.
