This morning around 6:30am I heard a horrible crash just outside my studio in downtown LaFollette at Central Avenue and Indiana Avenue at the turnoff to Highway 25W. I’ve heard that sound before. Usually it’s a fender–bender but today was different.
A semi tractor–trailer hit a car broadside on its driver’s side. I immediately dialed police.

The Anti-Defamation League on Monday condemned a flier circulating in Memphis that says U.S. Rep. “Steve Cohen and the Jews Hate Jesus,” saying it “attempts to incite tension” between African-Americans and Jews.
