Legacy. Governors and Presidents worry, “What will my legacy be?”. It’s a fancy-shmancy way of asking, “What exactly will they say I DID for 8 years?”

That sketch of me to the right and down the page a bit is pretty unflattering. Unfortunately, it looks just like me. Still, the problem has to be solved one way or another, and while this may seem drastic, here’s the fix: I’m retiring from the Scene.

Here in the City of Brotherly love, there are clearly a lot of brothers but not much love between squabbling candidates Hillary “get your gun” Clinton and the media heartthrob Barack Obama.

It is now all about Guns, God and Whiskey, which incidentally, was also my high school prom theme.

I received an email from 12th District Senator Tommy Kilby yesterday in response to my complaints over a bill he introduced to make it a crime to own a certain type of dog in Tennessee. The online and offline furor that bill prompted was mentioned previously and in this post too.
