It drives me crazy when a new applet/plugin/dongle/whatever comes out and everyone must blog it immediately, because that's how teh internet goes, and the thing doesn't even really work.

I was walking to work this morning, and had almost reached my destination, when it happened.

A bird shat on me.

Birds are merry, and therefore I harbor no ill-will towards them. I make a point of not running over them when they are in the path of my car. I thought I was simpatico with the birds.

Then this one effing bird shat on me.

The Lemur King has an excellent collection of quotes regarding WMD and the need to depose Saddam Hussein. Problem is, Rummy, Rove and Dubya didn’t say them.

Okay, exactly one week from now my sister and I will be in the car, making our annual music pilgrimage to Austin for a big week-long dose of SXSW goodness.  One.  Week.  Things don't actually kick off until next Wednesday, but it's still feeling a little overwhelming that I'll be all packed and making that insanely long drive in only seven days.  So you know what that means?  It's time to tackle some previewing.
