Find more posts like this: As one looks out a window this morning, you almost have to do a 'double-take' to see if that was snow, ice, or frost on the ground. Upon further investigation, it was frost with a combination of frozen precipitation! I noticed black ice had formed on our neighborhood streets. It should melt as the sun rises and more traffic hits the street. Tennessee Not “New South”8
