Not much more to add, but now the fun is over and the real work begins; finding the folks who're most vulnerable and then getting them into some very scarce, often very difficult to obtain housing..... The majority of them never go inside (a shelter), preferring instead to sleep together under the nearby 5th Avenue S.E. overpass12
