I rarely mention that we homeschool our kids.  This is primarily because I want you to like me and, let’s face it, home schoolers are one of the few groups it’s OK (and easy) to make fun of these days.  Two words folks: Denim jumper.

I went to the UT vs Northern Illinois game this past weekend, not quite sure what to expect. Not just from the team on the field, but also from the fans. Seems there were rumblings all last week of fans who are so upset over the current state of the program that to show their unrest, they weren't going to attend.

“I‘m going to make this pencil disappear” is one of the best lines uttered by a villain in a movie. Heath Ledger said it, and introduces the creepiest villain I’ve seen in a movie in a long, long time.

Casey and I had a lovely Valentine's dinner. We got there early and were able to make it to the early showing of Jumper too. I really liked Jumper. It was just action packed and the effects were good too. There wasn't a lot of character development, but that's the way the book was written too. Now, I just hope they come through with that sequel. After the movie, we went to Marble Slab Creamery for some ice cream.

...or a really good one anyway. Tonight, for Valentine's, Casey is taking me out to dinner and to see Jumper. Today is also the release day of the Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull teaser trailer. The Indiana Jones trilogy is second only to my love for Star Wars. Good Morning America premiered the trailer this morning, and it premieres in theatres nationally today. Go HERE to have a look at the trailer:
