The City Paper takes a hard line on Brentwood and its neighbors, requiring them to pay-up, shut-up, OR cut them off. Tough talk, which I cannot disagree. If I was living in Metro, I would not want to pay the increased cost of subsidizing the usage of sewage of adjoining cities.
