This from titanbt53:

Anquan Boldin wants to be traded. Yes, his agent is Drew Rosenhaus. Yes, he has a 4 year 22 million contract. But isn’t that around what we gave Givens??

It’s obvious Vince needs an exceptional reciever. We get that with Boldin. And for what?? A second round pick, which I expect would be around the 50-55th pick of the draft.

The Titans have officially completed their first week of camp.  It is only 7 days until we get some actual on the field action against another team.  What have we learned so far?

See below.  A couple of issues I have:

Chris Johnson - This rating seems low.  Especially with Ray Rice rated at an 80, Mendenhall an 81, and McFadden an 85.  I'd like to see something closer to 80.

Alge Crumpler - This seems really low considering he was a 94 last year.

It appears that Travis LaBoy has agreed to a deal with the Arizona Cardinals, and Jacob Bell has agreed to a deal with the St. Louis Rams.  While it is tough to see all these guys leave, I don't think it is the end of the world.  There is a hole at left end, especially when you consider that the only ends currently on the roster behind Kyle Vanden Bosch are Bryce Fisher (who is probably done), Sean Conover (who isn't good), and Jacob Ford (who is a big question mark).

Alge Crumpler is supposed to be on his way to Nashville to sign a contract today.  I expect the official announcement to come from the club later this afternoon.  The deal is apparently 2 years worth about $5 million with a $1 million signing bonus.

I think that is a great deal for the Titans.  It is a deal that won't kill them even if Crumpler turns out to not be as healthy as they think he is.  If he is as healthy as they think he is, he is going to be the #1 ta
