Okay, thats great and there's nothing wrong with charging someone $90/month if they can afford it, but what happens to those who can't afford it? Granted, $90 a month is a helluva deal for most folks; the closest thing Nashville has is the Salvation Army and they're running $70 a week - but your first night there is free - oh boy!

Well, we'll see if this'll stop the more egregious cases of dumping but believe it when I tell you that our own hospitals here in Nashville send folks packing all the time who could certainly use some time recovering in their units before being discharged back onto the streets.

Nashville's burbs and outlying towns are witnessing an influx of Homeless into their communities, and this is partly the result of the recent but heavy crackdown on quality of life citations being given with vigor by Metro police to just about any Homeless person who deviates from "normally acceptable behaviors" in the downtown area.

Oh yeah, that will work. Of course, the onus is on the individual to prove they are poor enough to receive an exemption.

What are these moronic public administrators thinking? Many of the folks who need health care coverage the most will never even see any info on this "individual mandate," and even if they did, do administrators honestly think that they'll give two squirts about filing for an exemption?

Sigh.
