I was speaking with a home/commercial builder from our church recently. He's been very successful and is a smart businessman. He seems to be able to analyze and predict trends fairly well and had readjusted his business several years ago in preparation for the coming changes he saw in the market.

Pssst. Let me let you in on a little secret. This is exactly how the housing market began crashing in northeastern California and northwestern Nevada a couple of years ago. The inventory increased but prices held for a while, until folks got panicky and then started lowering their bottom lines.
