A couple weeks ago I wrote about Shelia Franklin, the wife of former Campbell County detective Samuel Franklin, and her lame attempt at revenge on Jenny Siler, the drug dealer’s wife who secretly tape recorded local law enforcement officers beating and torturing their suspect.
