Bob Tuke draws upon his military experience to explain his position on Iraq in another email letter after posting up $225,000 bones in the first quarter (which was actually only 27 days of fundraising for the Tuke for Tennessee campaign). I think the email points out something very crucial for both the Tuke and Padgett campaigns.
