Today's training camp was the first in shoulder pads and my first to watch this season. The team worked on field 3 (the far one) for about two and a half hours beginning with stretches, position drills, small unit work, and finishing with 11 on 11.

The Tennessee Titans vs. Oakland Raiders preseason game has been moved from Saturday, August 16th to Friday, August 15th.  The game has been picked up nationally by FOX.

Draft day is always exciting as a Titans' fan during the Mike Reinfeldt regime.  You never really know what is going to happen.  Most of us were just sitting there waiting for the Titans to move up as all of the top receivers were still sitting there as the 2nd round ticked along.  Obviously that did not happen.

Today's workouts at the NFL Combine are of pretty low interest to the Titans with cornerbacks and safeties.  The Titans will probably take notice of some guys that may slip into later rounds, but I don't see them picking a defensive back before the 4th round.  

I will have some notes from yesterday's defensive line workouts.  Titans' defensive line coach Jim Washburn said
