Former Titans quarterback Steve McNair will announce his retirement on Thursday at a noon press conference in Baltimore.

McNair played from 1995 to 2005 with the Titans before playing the past two season with the Baltimore Ravens. He had his best season with the Titans in 2003 when he was named NFL co-MVP.
